This is one of my favorite ways to prepare chicken breasts; it’s a very versatile recipe, one that you can change up to use up ingredients you have on hand. The prosciutto adds moisture and flavor to the chicken breasts and holds in the stuffing. You can serve this dish with marinara sauce, if you have a few carbs left in the day.
