Born
in Salem, Mass. June, 5, 1975, I led an average childhood, growing
up in Beverly, Mass., a suburb of Boston. In November of 1992, I
moved with my family to Peachtree City and attended McIntosh High
School for the final six months of my high school career.
I
then attended the University of Georgia and majored in journalism.
During
my time at the school, I formed a sketch comedy troupe, which performed
in Athens for several years. The troupe also performed and produced
a comedic radio program which placed third in the nation in the
College Broadcast Awards.
I
graduated from UGA in 1997 and continued writing and performing
comedy. In 1998, I moved back to Fayette County and became the sports
editor for The Citizen Newspapers. Since returning to the Southern
Crescent, I have also become the weekend editor of the paper. I'm
stlil writing and performing comedy, recently forming a troupe made
up of local high school students. I am currently involved with several
theater groups in the community and am throwing my support to the
creation of a community theater building.
In
my spare time, I lounge around my home in Jonesboro with my wife,
Sabine, and our three cats. I enjoy watching Conan O'Brien Buffy
the Vampire Slayer, Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs games and,
naturally, The Simpsons. I continue to write sketch comedy and plays
and still hope for a shot at writing for Saturday Night Live.
