Say hello to first baby born in 2013 in Fayette

Kimberly and Joel Dover beam about the birth of their daughter, Allison Kate Dover, the first child born in Fayette County in 2013. Baby Allison was born on Jan. 1, 2013 at 3:02 a.m. and came into the world weighing 6 lbs. 4.5 ounces and 19 inches long. The baby was delivered by Dr. Heather Turner at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
