Elizabeth Grace Cooke, 5, passed away December 31, 2011.

Survivors include father & mother Peter & Jessica Cooke; maternal grandparents Larry & Wendy Miller; paternal grandparents David & Janet Cooke; and also great grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Dogwood Church with Dr. Keith Moore officiating. The interment will be at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
