Sen. Isakson visits Rotary

The Rotary Club of Newnan and The Rotary Club of Coweta Fayette recently co-hosted a meeting to hear Senator Johnny Isakson at Newnan Country Club. Isakson spoke on the deepening of the Savannah Port, the Affordable Healthcare Act and budget concerns. He complimented the organization’s work to eradicate polio and the work that local clubs are doing to end human trafficking. Isakson, Rotary Club of Coweta Fayette President Ginger Jackson Queener and Rotary Club of Newnan President Walt Thompson. Also in attendance were Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Peachtree City.
