Noltimier-Turner engagement

James Noltimier of Fayetteville, and Laurie Noltimier of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra (Ali) Rose Noltimier, to Jeffrey Steven Turner, son of Jeff and Chris Turner of Peachtree City.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Marge Bonta of Exeter, Neb., and Helen Noltimier of Omaha, Neb. She is a 2009 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and currently is pursuing her bachelor of science degree in nursing at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. She is also an Army ROTC cadet and upon graduation will commission in the Army as a nurse.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Calvin and Lillian (Jill) Barley of Peachtree City, and Fred and Viki Turner of West Chester, Pa. He is a 2008 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and currently is scheduled to graduate from Georgia Southern University in May with a degree in criminal justice studies. He is presently commanding officer of the War Eagle Army ROTC Battalion and will commence flight school after commissioning.

The wedding will be May 28, 2012, at Dunaway Gardens in Newnan. After their honeymoon, the newlyweds will initially reside in Statesboro until beginning their Army careers.
