Man sought for making inappropriate comments to child

Peachtree City police have released a sketch of a person they would like to speak with who allegedly made inappropriate comments to a child last week.

The “person of interest” was seen between the 900 and 1000 buildings at The Retreat at Kedron Village Apartments on Hyacinth Lane on Friday, Feb. 15 between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m., police said.

Police are looking for a white male in his 40s who was believed to be doing some sort of work in the area. The man was last seen carrying a clipboard and wearing a black sweater with a bird symbol on the upper left breast area.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the sketch or might have other information about this incident is asked to call 911 or the city’s crime and narcotics information hotline at 770-487-6010. Callers may remain anonymous.
