Kleimeyer-Halbrooks

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kleimeyer of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Loren Haynes Kleimeyer, to Andrew Jason Halbrooks, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Halbrooks of Birmingham (Hoover), Ala.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Almeda Zent and the late John Zent of Memphis, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Carl Pettitt of Eustis, Fla., and the late Paul Kleimeyer of Deland, Fla. She is a 2004 graduate of McIntosh High School and a May 2008 magna cum laude graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., earning a bachelor of science in biology, pre-medical, with a minor in business administration. She is currently employed at Advanced Physical Therapy of Fayette in Fayetteville and is planning to attend Emory University Physician Assistant School.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Tom Halbrooks and the late Mrs. Dorothy Halbrooks of Birmingham (Hoover), Ala., Mr. and Mrs. Noel Martin of Gallatin, Tenn., and the late Elaine Martin, also of Gallatin. He is a 2002 graduate of Hoover High School in Hoover, Ala. and a May 2008 graduate of Auburn University, earning a degree in aerospace engineering. He is currently employed at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Marietta.

The wedding will be held on July 17, 2010 at Peachtree City First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City. Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
