Planting Day

Some 85 volunteers showed up recently to plant trees for the Harvest for Real Life Orchard, which will serve everyone in the community. The orchard is on the property of Dogwood Church in Tyrone and is a project of the Real Life Center which operates a food pantry and thrift store in Tyrone. The center provides food and household items for needy families. For more information on getting involved or for those who are in need of help, call 770-631-9334 or email ric@reallifecenter.org.
