Frasca-Kehr engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Tony Frasca of Peachtree City, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Dawn Frasca, to David Stanley Kehr, son of Barbara and Dale Kehr of Germantown, Tenn.

The future bride graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Justice Studies. She is employed as a closing specialist at Morris/Hardwick/Schneider LLC in Smyrna, Ga.

The future groom received a degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis. He is employed as a fine wine account representative with United Distributors in Smyrna, Ga. An April 2014 wedding is planned. After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple will reside in Smyrna.

It was not much of a surprise that the Peachtree City Council on Oct. 1 unanimously denied a variance request to reduce the 50-foot buffer on four residential lots along Robinson Road.
