Retiring flags in Fayetteville

The flag retirement box outside the ”Log Cabin” in Fayetteville had been the collection point for old and worn out American flags for 10 years, but was looking a little old and worn out itself. Willie Dulaney and Joe Bowler, two Legionnaires from Fayette County Post 105 of The American Legion, gave it the long overdue makeover it deserved.
