Bethany plans yard sale
Bethany United Methodist Church will have a yard sale Friday and Saturday, April 16 and 17, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. each day. Bethany is at 607 Rivers Rd. (corner of Rivers/Milam and Lee’s Lake Roads) in north Fayette County. For more information, call 770-964-6999.

MRBC will host Spring Fling April 17
McDonough Road Baptist Church will host its annual Spring Fling this Saturday, April 17, from 2-4 p.m. at the church, 352 McDonough Rd. Sack races, inflatables, a cup cake walk, a petting zoo, face painting, and an egg relay are among the many activities planned. Other services include EZ Child ID sponsored by the Fayette County sheriff?s office, car seat check, speech and hearing screenings, and a Fayette County fire truck. This event is sponsored by MRBC Women on Mission and is free. The church is on McDonough Road, just past the department of drivers’ services building. Call 770-460-5423 for more information.

Nativity’s plant sale is this Saturday
The Episcopal Church of the Nativity will hold a plant sale on Saturday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Prime Financial Services on the corner of Ga. Highway 92 S. and Antioch Road. Annuals and perennials will be available at great prices.

Kindergarten opens student registration
