Rep. Westmoreland meets with Fayette parents of CF kids

Congressman Lynn Westmoreland meets Monday in Peachtree City’s All Children’s Playground with a group of parents whose children suffer from cystic fibrosis.

They thanked Westmoreland for his recent cosponsorship of HR 2866 that would allow patients with rare diseases to participate in clinical drug studies without losing their eligibility for government healthcare coverage. CF affects 30,000 people nationwide. Photo/Ben Nelms.
