Brooks UMC will offer community fitness classes beginning May 1

Beginning on May 1, Brooks UMC will offer Fitness Classes to the community in the church gym.

R2F (Return 2 Fitness) is a class that is structured according to the fitness level of the participant and is a great class for beginners. R2F will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9 – 9:45 a.m.

Zumba will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Zumba is a popular Latin inspired dance/fitness program that mixes dancing and aerobics with high energy Latin music.

Monthly access passes will be available. Monthly passes for either class are available for $35 or the $45 access pass allows access to both R2F and Zumba all month. Drop ins are only $5 per class.
