Lunch on the Lawn this Friday

Fayetteville Main Street is excited to kick off the spring season with its first outdoor event of the year. This Friday, the first Lunch on the Lawn program of 2010 will provide a wonderful opportunity for local employees and residents to get outside on their lunch break, and enjoy the beautiful weather and music on the Old Courthouse lawn.

Lunch on the Lawn will take place from 11.30am – 1.30pm, and everyone is welcome to participate in this community event. PiesOn Pizza will be selling pizza lunch combos for $5, but people can bring their own lunch as well.

Local jazz artists, The Nate Bennett Trio will be entertaining the crowd with classics and originals.

This Friday marks the first of four “Lunch on the Lawn” events to be held this year, and is graciously sponsored by Leslie Contracting. For info on other planned events in downtown Fayetteville, please check the Main Street Calendar at www.fayetteville-ga.gov
