Peachtree City Curves offers 30-day trial memberships

Thirty dollars doesn’t seem to go as far as it used to--maybe a tank of gas, a pair of jeans on sale, or a couple bags of groceries; but the staff at the Peachtree City Curves thinks you can change your life with $30 and they’re willing to prove it.  From now until May 30, 2010, new members can experience 30 days at the Peachtree City Curves for just $30!

“Regular exercise and a healthy diet are our best weapons in the fight against obesity,” explains Debbie Sanders, Owner of the Peachtree City Curves.  “Obesity is not only a world-wide health concern, but it’s a local concern as well, and we’re confident that Curves can equip us for the battle.”

The World Health Organization estimates that more than 1 billion adults are overweight, and at least 300 million of those adults are classified as clinically obese.   However, obesity is simply the root of the problem.  From high blood pressure and heart disease to diabetes and cancer -- the health consequences associated with obesity are immeasurable

But there is hope. Studies have shown that routine exercise has long-lasting benefits to overall health.  In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, regular physical activity --such as the Curves workout -- is one of the most important things you can do to reduce the risks associated with obesity-related diseases.

“We want the ladies of Peachtree City to take 30 days and see how well Curves can work for them,” Sanders explains.  “They can fully experience the Curves workout and weight management classes at a low cost before making a long-term commitment.  It’s that simple, 30 days for just $30 --a dollar a day.  Isn’t good health worth it?”

The Curves workout consists of 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. It includes all five components of a complete exercise program: warm-up, strength training, cardio, cool down, and stretching.  Whether you are interested in exercise to lose weight, tone your muscles or relieve stress, Curves can help you establish a routine that will enable you to reach your health and fitness goals.
