Hopewell United Methodist plans Chick-N-Que

Hopewell United Methodist Men will have their annual Chick-N-Que on Saturday, May 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the church in Tyrone. Proceeds from the event will help support men’s group mission programs.

The menu will feature half a barbecued chicken, slaw, baked beans, and iced tea for $8 per plate.

The seniors’ group, “Recycled Kids,” will offer homemade baked goods during the day as well.

Hopewell United Methodist is located at 351 Jenkins Rd. in Tyrone, across from Sandy Creek High School.
