Lowe-Howell engagement

Jeff & Ann Lowe, of Fayetteville, Ga., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Louise Lowe, to Matthew Lee Howell, son of Don & Peggy Howell of Mableton, Ga.

Amy is the granddaughter of the late Judge & Mrs. Sam Lowe, Helen Galloway and Dudley Galloway. Matt is the grandson of Inez Rawlins, Sarah Mozley and the late Edwin Mozley.

Amy graduated from Fayette County High School in 2002 and Oglethorpe University in 2007, with a Bachelor's in Theatre. She completed a Master's of Arts in teaching in December 2013 from Mercer University. She is currently employed by the Marietta City School System as an elementary teacher.

Matt graduated from Pebblebrook High School in 2003 and The University of Georgia in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in graphic design. He is employed by Americo Manufacturing, Promo Matting Division, in Cartersville, Ga., as a senior graphic designer and logo manager.

The wedding is planned for June 28, 2014, at First Presbyterian Church of Marietta, Ga. Rev. Jeff Lowe, father of the bride, will officiate. The bride's attendants are Abi Scherier, matron of honor, Alexis Rhodes, Ashly Brown, and Holly Line. The groom's attendants are Bryce Howell, best man and brother of the groom, Zach Barbre, Jonathan Elliott, and Franklin Lowe, brother of the bride. The ring bearer is Hayden Lange and Franklin Lowe is the soloist.

The couple will reside in Marietta, Ga., with their dogs, Pumpkin and Layla.
