Old Testament musical

Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church’s children’s ministry led in worship on Saturday, May 3, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, May 4, at 11 a.m. The Shepherd’s Flock Singers presented “Old Testament Fast Forward,” a musical which took a quick tour through the Old Testament. Since there were 75-plus roles, the singers each took on multiple parts.

When Bobby Kerlin and I decided to start a Historical Society back in 1971, we knew we had to have a local attorney create a charter for us and a corporate standing in the state.


The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9949's next meeting is Thursday, July 9, at 200 Glendalogh Court in Tyrone. The group meets at 7 p.m. the second Thursday of every month.


The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour traveled to Senoia June 6-7 for the Canongate Series #4. The Canongate Seminole Course played excellent host to two very competitive rounds of junior golf.
