Silent auction is Saturday

A silent auction will be held at the Holiday Dorsey Fife Museum in Fayetteville on the square from 4 p.m.to 6 p.m. The event is a fundraiser for the local art group chapter of the international artgroup Artistsmecca. The funds will go to both the individual artists whose artwork is up for auction at the museum and a small portion will go to help Artsitsmecca start a small recording studio. Items up for auction include an Ibanez electric guitar (and possible others), paintings by a local Whitewater High School wrestling coach, photographs, woodcarvings, hand-made home decor items, sketches, a recording demo with the upcoming Artistsmecca Studio, and so much more! Come and show your support for these amazing local artists. For more information on Artistsmecca, contact Georgia Artistsmecca Chapter Leaders Stephanie Hogg and Thomas Hornsby at 678-776-1648
