Newnan holding online auction of surplus property

The City of Newnan is currently auctioning off surplus property consisting of seven vehicles. Bids will be accepted online at www.publicsurplus.com until June 8 at 3 p.m. All items are sold “as-is, where-is” and no warranty is implied or expressed by the City of Newnan.

The successful bidder is responsible for pick-up of the vehicle(s) once payment is made. The vehicles may be inspected at the City Shop located at 55 Boone Drive in Newnan from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily until June 8.

Public Surplus hosts the auctions and collects the payments. The website includes all the terms and conditions associated with the auctions. Pictures are included with the other relevant information for each vehicle. A clear title and bill of sale will be provided by the City once the sales receipt is presented for pick-up.
