Reinstated into CEC

Father Charles “Chuck” Shores was reinstated to the priesthood in the Charismatic Episcopal Church during a recent service at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Sharpsburg. Shores was originally a minister in the Wesleyan Church prior to being ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Douglas Kessler. Later, under the authority of another bishop, Shores resigned his orders due to matters of conscience. His journeys over the last few years took him to Orthodoxy and then to Anglicanism. Shores has “come home” to the CEC and is assigned as a priest-in-residence at the Cathedral of Christ the King. Photo/Special.
