Brooks UMC currently offering various fitness classes

Brooks United Methodist Church now offers fitness classes in the gym. Current lasses are Group Personal Training and Zumba. In August the church will begin offering Yoga and Tai Chi.

Group Personal Training classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 – 9:45 a.m.

Zumba Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Yoga will be on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. – noon and Tai Chai will be on Monday from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. There will be a free Tai Chi demo class on July 26 at 7:30 pm.
