11 buckets of fresh marijuana seized in Monday arrest

Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Snellville man Monday after finding approximately 100 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

Sheriff Barry Babb said a deputy stopped 41-year-old Patrick Magee at Westbridge Road and White Tail Court at approximately 1:45 p.m.

Inside the vehicle was approximately 100 pounds of fresh marijuana packed inside 11 five-gallon buckets, Babb said.

Magee was charged with trafficking in marijuana, said Babb.

There will be a NASCAR commercial running soon showing the pot bellies of beer drinkers and praising marijuana for no hangovers.

I hope it offends a lot of fat Georgian NASCAR beer drinking fanatics who violently oppose marijuana.
