Brooke E. Brownlee, age 58, of Griffin

Mr. Brooke E. Brownlee, age 58, of Griffin, Ga., passed away July 16, 2012.

Brooke was born in Munich, Germany. Brooke was known to his family and friends for being a handyman; he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, music, and spending time on the ranch in Texas.

Survivors are his children, Daniel Brownlee (Tina) of Griffin, Alicia Shiflett (Alan) of Griffin; grandchildren, Jacob, Katelyn and David; parents, Virgil and Mary Ann Brownlee of Brooks; siblings, LeAnn Tingle of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., Brad Brownlee (Alice) of Jonesboro, Terri Hollar (Herb) of Fayetteville, and Judy Francis (Sy) of Marietta; several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service was held on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 4 p.m. at Brooks Memorial Cemetery in Brooks, Ga. Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, 770-914-8833 –
