PTCUMC Preschool has fall openings for 3-year-olds

The Peachtree City United Methodist Preschool currently has openings for the upcoming school year in the two-day, three-year-old class.

To be eligible, children must be three years old by Sept. 1, 2010, and potty trained. The class meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. – noon, beginning Aug. 24.

Registration fee is $110, with monthly tuition $110 as well.

A Lunch Bunch hour is offered from noon to 1 p.m. each day for an additional fee.

The three-year-old class is geared towards introducing children to the structure of a classroom and growing their love of school. Along with academics, Bible and music class are offered. Social skills are also emphasized.

The PTCUMC Preschool and Kindergarten has a total of 10 classes and 130 students. The school first became recognized as a Program of Excellence by the United Methodist Preschool Association of the North Georgia Conference in 1996 and has maintained the same high-quality programming in subsequent years, achieving recertification in 1998, 2001, 2005 and 2008.

All classes are held at the PTCUMC Family Ministry Campus at 400 Windgate Rd.
