In the Columbus Ledger. Not sure if it's an oversight or something sinister. PTC is represented on the Little League Board, so they may be held to a higher standard. I feel bad for the boys though. The league worked hard the past few years after some poor decisions of others made in the past. These are good people, so I would like to know more about this.
