Kidd, Kerscher, Knauss join local offices of The Home Source, REALTORS

Grace Kidd is affiliated with the company’s Fayette office in Peachtree City. A licensed Realtor since 2004, she is a 25-year resident of Fayetteville. Grace specializes in residential real estate in Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, Henry, and Meriwether counties. Among her skills is excellent customer service honed as a former small business owner in Tyrone. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors.

Shannon Kerscher and Wendy Crosbie Knauss are affiliated with The Home Source, REALTORS Coweta office in Newnan. Shannon is a Fayetteville native and has lived in Newnan for seven years. She is teaming with her mother Carlin Bass, who also is with The Home Source, REALTORS. A resident of Newnan, Shannon earned her real estate license in 2006.

Wendy Crosbie Knauss, a native of Ohio, has been in real estate since 2004. She resides in Sharpsburg, and is returning to the Newnan office where she specializes in farms and land. Both are members of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors.
