Thanks to drivers who use turn signals all the time

For those who utilize proper turn signals in their vehicles, thank you.

For others, if you call the non-police emergency line, you will discover that your signals are not mandatory, but you can acquire a ticket for not utilizing them.

Observe other drivers and you will see drivers:

• signaling at the last minute

• vehicles stopping and then signaling

• others with 2 to 5 second lead time

However, a million thanks goes to those who always signal at night; with their turn signal they save lives, including mine.

Best of all, turn signals speed up traffic for everyone and increase traffic safety.

To everyone with proper turn signaling, keep up the good work.
