The building where dreams will be made

The landscape along Sandy Creek Road and Veterans Parkway took on a new look on Friday as the exterior of the first building at Pinewood Atlanta Studios was set in place. The first of five which will begin Phase 1, this building is the equivalent of a six-story structure and will house soundstages 1 and 2, each at 15,000 square feet. Pinewood expects to be operational with “Lights, camera, action!” in January. Photo/Ben Nelms.
