Community invited to join music program at COS Lutheran

Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City invites members of the community to join its music program as it begins a new church year.

Sanctuary Choir, including adult and high school singers, meets for dinner and a first rehearsal Aug. 14 at 7:30 p.m. at the church. All are welcome.

Instrumental groups at Christ Our Shepherd always include musicians who love to play but are not members of the church. Any adult or high school player is invited.

The COS Brass assemble will meet for dinner and a rehearsal Aug. 18 at 6 p.m. at the home of conductor Karl Dietmeyer.

He also hosts a Flute Choir dinner on Aug. 19 at 6 p.m. Finally, the COS Clarinets meet for lunch and rehearsal on Aug. 25 at 12:15 p.m.
