Congressman Lynn Westmoreland to speak at UMM meeting Sept. 8

The United Methodist Men (UMM) of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church invite all men to join them for breakfast and fellowship as they welcome Congressman Lynn Westmoreland on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 8 a.m.

“Congressman Westmoreland has served our community in both the Georgia State House and U. S. House of Representatives for more than 20 years,” said Bobby Hamil, president of UMM. “We are excited for the men in our community to hear Rep. Westmoreland speak and connect with our men’s group.”

The mission of the United Methodist Men is to support spiritual growth among men, helping men to mature as disciples as they encourage spiritual formation in others.

The breakfast is free and will be held in the Fellowship Hall of the church.

Fayetteville First United Methodist Church is at 175 East Lanier Ave. (Ga. Highway 54 west), Fayetteville.
