Greekfest set for September 21

Greekfest 2013, hosted by St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church, is set for Saturday Sept. 21 at the Dixie Wing Commemorative Air Force Hangar, Falcon Field in Peachtree City. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature a live Greek band, The Grecian Echoes.

A ticket for $50 includes “all you can eat” Greek appetizers (spanakopita, tiropita, dolmathes), buffet dinner (Greek lemon chicken with potatoes, pastichio, gyros, souvlaki and more) and desserts (baklava, kourambiedes, galactoboureko) plus adult beverages.

A silent auction will be held. Seats are limited. Call for reserved seating, 404-625-4663. All proceeds benefit St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church Building Fund.
