New Hope South opens Student Center and Cafe

New Hope Baptist Church recently held a Grand Opening for its new Student Center and Cafe on the South Campus near Starr’s Mill.

The new facility includes a new student auditorium, student lounge, restrooms, offices and a new cafe, along with landscaped outdoor areas with a patio, fire pit and basketball goals. A wide range of activities for students has been planned in addition to the normal Sunday morning and Wednesday events. All students in grades 7-12 are invited to come and see the new resource.

Included in the development was the construction of new soccer fields for the launch of the South Campus Upward Sports ministry. New Hope will offer Upwards Soccer this fall for children in grades K4-6.

The new buildings were constructed by gene Barber Construction with the design by Foley Desigh Associates Architects.
