Greekfest 2013 set for Sept. 21 in Peachtree City

Seating is limited and early ticket purchases are encouraged for Greekfest 2013, set for Saturday Sept. 21 at the Dixie Wing Commemorative Air Force Hangar, Falcon Field in Peachtree City.

The annual event is hosted by St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church,

Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m.

An all-inclusive ticket for $50 includes “all you can eat” Greek appetizers (spanakopita, tiropita, dolmathes), buffet dinner (Greek lemon chicken with potatoes, pastichio, gyros, souvlaki and more) and desserts (baklava, kourambiedes, galactoboureko) plus adult beverages.

A silent auction will be held and festivities will be accompanied by a live Greek band, The Grecian Echoes.
