Mildred Emily Loek, 97, of Peachtree City

Mildred Emily Loek, 97, of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away August 26, 2012.

She was born in Suver, Ore. to Charles Gustafson & Hazel Frost Gustafson on December 23, 1914.

Mrs. Loek was a veteran in the United States Army and served as a WAC during World War II. She worked for Eastern Airlines as an Administrative officer.

She was preceded in death by her husband Reinhold G. Loek.

She is survived by her daughter Carol Piel of Peachtree City; granddaughter Heather Piel of Parkville, Mo.; grandson Brian Piel & wife Lauren of Kansas City, Mo.; great-granddaughter Kylie LeFils of Parkville, Mo.; niece Dora Blaine of Stevensville, Pa. & family.
