Ms. Billy Beth Falk, 84, of Fairburn

Ms. Billy Beth Falk, 84, of Fairburn, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.

Ms. Falk was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a faithful volunteer at her church and she always found such joy in quilting.

She is survived by her daughter Billie Jones and her husband Richard; son Gordon Allen Truitt and his wife Dianne; daughter Gina McKinney and her husband Greg; grandchildren, Mike Hodge, Lee Michele Hodge, David McKinney, Ashley McKinney Teal; great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Seth Hodge, Bryant McKinney, Abby Lynn McKinney, Jackson and Daniel Paul Teal; sisters Merle Safford and Betty Pfister; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Justin Kollmeyer officiating. Ms. Falk will lie in state at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
