Greekfest coming up Sept. 21

Greekfest 2013, hosted by St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church is set for Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Dixie Wing Commemorative Air Force Hangar, Falcon Field in Peachtree City. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m.

An all-inclusive ticket for $50 includes “all you can eat” Greek appetizers (spanakopita, tiropita, dolmathes), buffet dinner (Greek lemon chicken with potatoes, pastichio, gyros, souvlaki and more) and desserts (baklava, kourambiedes, galactoboureko) plus adult beverages.

A silent auction will be held and festivities will be accompanied by a live Greek band, The Grecian Echoes.
