Sharpsburg Baptist will host barbecue, craft sales Sept. 24

Sharpsburg Baptist Church and the women’s service group, the Olive Branch, will host the annual Chicken Q and Fair scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 24, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church, 6413 Ga. Hwy. 54 in Sharpsburg.

Space for selling arts and crafts and food items is available for $15. In addition, chicken barbecue is available from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a cost of $8 per plate, including 1/2 chicken, slaw, potato chips, bread and tea. Tickets are available by calling 770-251-6963 or walk-up.
