Sany America President Jack Tang and family cheer on dragon boat team

Peachtree City residents Jack Tang (R), president of Sany America, Inc., wife Jenny Zhang-Tang and son Lifeng (Jerry) Tang (L) were on hand to cheer on Sany’s dragon boat team in the Sept. 22 races on Lake Peachtree. Sany America operates out of its 400,000 square-foot headquarters, assembly and component supply plant in Peachtree City’s industrial park. The local plant assembles 20- to 30-ton earth excavators for the North American market from “kits” manufactured in mainland China in the world’s largest excavator factory, a 5.9 million square-foot behemoth near Shanghai.
