Zac Brown plays Fayetteville Thursday

One of country’s biggest starts is bringing a little home cooking to town tomorrow night.

Zac Brown, who lives in Fayetteville and has businesses in Senoia, is bringing the Southern Ground Zombie Tailgate show to the Southern Ground Amphitheatre in Fayetteville. The show features the Zac Brown Band and special guests and starts at 6 p.m.

Proceeds from the show go to benefit Camp Southern Ground, a playground for cildren of all needs.

According to Wikipedia, Brown’s band has recorded five studio albums, and charted nine No. 1 singles on the Billboard country charts, including “Chicken Fried”, “Toes” and “Highway 20 Ride.“

150 bucks to see his band is really out of my budget. I hope he fills up the place, but geesh, that's a lot of money for us average Fayettevillians isn't it?

And it all goes to his charity.

That $150 concert ticket is 100 percent tax deductible!

Loved the concert (maybe a little more Zac and little less jamming?) but most importantly, the event clearly raised significant money for the camp.

The amphitheater was full, many came from out of town and spent money, a win for all...

Zac and the band are incredibly talented, plain and simple, and on top are a great credit to the community.

I was proud to be there...
