Symphony returns to FFUMC

The Southern Crescent Symphony Orchestra will perform a return concert at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church Sunday, Oct. 24, at 3 p.m.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students and will be sold at the door. Admission is free for students enrolled in the SCS’s orchestra program.

Selections include Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony, Holst’s St. Paul Suite, van Suppe’s “Poet and Peasant” Overture, and Saint-Saens’s “Danse Bacchanale.”

The church is in downtown Fayetteville across fromthe Fayette County Courthouse.
