37-office Executive Suites at Aberdeen Corners opens in PTC

A new, deluxe executive suites facility has opened in Peachtree City.

Located at the corner of Ga. Highway 74 and Aberdeen Parkway, in the space temporarily occupied by the Peachtree City Police Department, the Executive Suites at Aberdeen Corners are advertised as being reasonably priced for this down-sizing economy.

Executive suites are offices that share amenities and administrative services that deliver turn-key solutions with maximum efficiency, said Sharron Singletary, general manager of the facility.

In addition to 37 brand-new office suites, the reception and lobby area is professionally decorated to extend a warm welcome to all visitors, she said. Technologically-modern luxury offices offer tenants a board room with large flat-screen TV, high-speed T1 Internet access, and Wi-Fi. A receptionist is available during office hours to greet clients and personally answer phones. Secretarial, bookkeeping, and concierge services are also available. Plus, there are on-site, climate-controlled storage rooms, and 24-hour building access.

Another feature is a state-of-the-art fitness suite, along with showers and lockers, for that before-or-after hours, or even lunchtime, work-out.

“If your home office has grown beyond the dining room table stage, but you don’t want to pay for a big office with all the trimmings yet, or if you would like to trim the expenses of a large office, and still have a centrally-located, up-to-date space for your clients to come to, a receptionist available to greet them or take your phone calls when you’re out of the office, an impressive board room when needed, and an address that makes your business stand out, then it is time for you to consider Executive Suites at Aberdeen Corners for your office needs today,” Singletary said. “Be sure to ask about our ‘Early Bird Special’ for the first 12 tenants of our new state-of-the-art office building.”

Singletary is active in the Chamber of Commerce and various local charities and has been the manager of the Fayette Executive Center for the past nine years.

Contact Singletary at 678-788-6005 for more information, or to tour the facilities.
