Several teams get key sub-region football wins

The season has already passed the half way point and sub-region wins are very important as teams want to find themselves in the best possible positio when region playoffs come around. Sandy Creek and Starr's Mill both stayed undefeated with blowout wins, while Whitewater came back from an early deficit to top Fayette County and Our Lady of Mercy got back to its winning ways with a victory over Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy.
