Woods-Tew engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Woods of Peachtree City announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill Maria Woods, to Dwayne Hulon Tew, son of Ms. Dianne Tew of Slocomb, Ala.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Samford University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences. She currently is employed as an MRI technologist at the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation in Birmingham, Ala.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Auburn University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in forestry. He currently is employed as a procurement forester at KyKenKee in Vance, Ala.

The wedding is planned for Nov. 20, 2010, in Helena, Ala. The couple will reside in Pelham, Ala.
