Dance classes start Sunday in Tyrone

Starting Oct. 17, at the Tyrone Recreation Center, there will be three different dance classes. The first dance class will be a beginner “Swing”, which is from 5-6 p.m., and is a co-ed class. The “Swing” is the most popular dance, with great floor appeal, easy to learn and most of all, is lots of fun.

The second class will be intermediate “Tango” from 6-7 p.m., and this is also a co-ed class. The “Tango” is a classic dance.

The third class will be for Ladies Only, and the the dance will be beginner “Cha-Cha”, from 7-8 p.m.

All of the above dances are taught from the ground-up with all of the necessary essentials to give confidence on the dance floor.

The instructors are James and Charlyn, with over 40 years of combined dance experience.

For further information, please call the Tyrone Recreation Center at 770-487-4694 or call James at 770-487-6771.
