Pumpkins on sale at Hopewell

Hopewell United Methodist Church in Tyrone is selling pumpkins again this year. The Patch hours are Sunday through Friday, noon to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Shown unloading and setting up the pumpkins (L-R) are Scott Pickering, pastor at Hopewell, and Sharon Pierce and Jeanie Kemp, The church uses the proceeds from pumpkin sales to fund the missions and programs of the church. Hopewell members invite the community to stop by and buy pumpkins to decorate for the upcoming holidays. The church is at 351 Jenkins Rd., across from Sandy Creek High School.
