Technical Sergeant Donald L. Mims, U.S. Air Force retired, of Peachtree City

Technical Sergeant Donald L. Mims, U.S. Air Force retired, of Peachtree City, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Don was preceded in death by siblings Mary Rossi; Bill Mims and Larry Mims.

He is survived by his children Thomas Mims and his wife Tammy of Biloxi, Ms.; Laura Mims; Maria Embry, both of Shreveport; grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Doris Wagner; Joy Alligood and her husband Olin; both of Peachtree City; Barbara Mims of McDonough; twin brothers, Tom Mims of Fort Myers; and Ted Mims of Virginia; nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held Friday, October 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at The Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with full military honors.
