Carts go spooky for good cause

Hundreds of people stopped by the first Monster Golf Cart Rally at the Aberdeen Village Shopping Center on Sunday afternoon. The event was a fundraiser for a Team in Training endurance event to raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. There were 17 golf carts decorated in various spooky styles. This family is checking out the entry known as Agent 42, which came complete with a smoke machine and a black cat out front by the bowl of candy. Photo/Michael Boylan.

Growing up at 110 Flamingo Street, I learned math many different ways, both in and out of school. When math was just numbers it was easy to understand.
