PTC Garden Club meets Nov. 18

The Peachtree City Garden Club will host its monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. at The Gathering Place in Peachtree City. The topic will be Organic Gardening 101.  Come learn the basics of organic and sustainable gardening and how you can incorporate these principles into your landscape. Larry Dove of Two Doves Farm will discuss what you can be doing now to prepare your backyard garden for the next growing season and what can be planted now.

Larry Dove is the first certified organic grower in Fayette County.

The Peachtree City Garden Club is open to residents of Peachtree City and surrounding areas. The club meets the third Thursday of each month, September – May, at The Gathering Place from 10– 11:30 a.m. (except December and April) Guests are welcome. Club membership is $15 per year.
